Terms of service
These terms cover your use of makeyoursitenow.com, run by Grandfield Media. We've kept them in plain language on purpose.
What we provide
We let you build a website by choosing one of our designs and typing your details into a form. You can build up to 3 demo sites free. If you want one on your own .com domain, you pay ₹10,000 per year (~$120 worldwide) and we register the domain, host the site, and keep it online for that year.
Your account
You sign in with your email address — there is no password. Anyone with access to your inbox can access your account, so keep it secure. You must give us a real email address you control, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Demo sites
Demo sites carry a watermark and are not indexed by search engines. A demo's public preview link is temporary and expires. Your content is not deleted when the link expires — it stays in your dashboard and you can preview it again at any time.
Your content is yours
You keep all rights to the text and photos you put on your site. You give us only the permission we need to host and display it. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload — including photos.
What you may not publish
Every save is checked automatically to confirm the content matches the template you picked. We may refuse or take down content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that misuses the service. If we switch a site off, we tell you why and we never delete your content.
Domains
- We register .com domains only.
- The domain is registered in your name. It is yours, not ours.
- Availability is not guaranteed until registration completes — a domain can be taken by someone else in the meantime. If that happens after you have paid, you are refunded automatically.
- If the .com you want costs more than ₹1,000 to register, it is not available on this plan.
- Domain registration is governed by ICANN rules and the registrar's own terms, which apply to your domain in addition to these terms.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Payment is taken through Razorpay. We charge only when you choose to take a site live, and we never charge a renewal automatically — we email you and you click. If you don't renew, we stop serving the site; we do not delete your content.
If we cannot deliver your domain, you are refunded automatically. Once your domain is registered, the year is not refundable — the full refund policy explains exactly where that line sits and why.
What's not included
Email hosting at your domain is not included. Domains other than .com are not offered. We do not write custom code or make design changes for individual customers — every site uses one of our templates as-is.
Uptime and support
We work to keep sites online continuously and monitor them automatically, but we don't offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Support is by email and through your dashboard.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or uses the service unlawfully. If we end your account without cause while you have paid time remaining, we refund the unused portion. Your domain remains yours either way.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top and email you if the change is significant. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
