Refund policy

The short version: if we take your money and can't give you your domain, you get it back automatically. You don't have to ask.

You only ever pay to go live

Building demo sites is free and never asks for a card. The only payment is when you choose to take a site live on your own .com domain.

Automatic refund — if we can't deliver

After you pay, our system registers your domain and puts your site live. If any step fails before your domain is registered— the domain gets taken, registration fails, or anything on our side breaks — the payment is refunded automatically to the original payment method. No form, no ticket, no follow-up. You'll get an email confirming it.

Refunds are issued through Razorpay and typically appear on your statement within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your domain is registered

The moment your .com is registered, it is bought and paid for in your name — that money is spent with the registrar and can't be taken back. So from that point the year is not refundable.

If something goes wrong afterregistration (your site doesn't come up, for example), we don't refund — we fix it. The failure alerts us automatically, and the domain remains yours regardless. Contact us any time via support.

Changing your mind

Because the domain is registered in your name immediately and the cost is already spent, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a site is live. This is exactly why the demos are free and unlimited in time — build and look at your site as long as you like before paying anything.

Renewals

Renewals are never automatic and never charged without you clicking. We email you before your paid-through date; if you do nothing, the site simply stops being served. Nothing is charged silently, so there is nothing to refund.
