Plain language: what we collect, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it.
Who we are
Grandfield Media operates makeyoursitenow.com. We are the data fiduciary for the information described here.

What we collect, and why

What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never show ads on your site, and never track your site's visitors for our own purposes.
- We never store identity documents.
- We never store your card details.
Automated content checks
When you save a site, the content you typed is sent to Anthropic's API for an automated check that it matches the template you chose. This is used only to accept or reject that save. It is not used to train any model, and no decision about your money is ever made by an automated system.
Who else touches your data
We use these providers to run the service. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

Some of these providers operate outside India, so your data may be processed abroad.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and site content for as long as your account exists — including after a site stops being served, so that renewing brings your work straight back. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data and content, except records we're required to keep for tax and accounting (invoices, payment records).
Photos attached to sites that were never paid for are removed automatically after 90 days of inactivity.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time. Every marketing email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops those emails permanently — you'll still get service emails about things you paid for.

Cookies and similar
We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your email so you don't have to type it twice. Our analytics provider sets its own identifiers on our pages. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
